This is an edible weed that is high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is part of the Lamiaceae - Mint family. It can be used in salads, soups, blended into smoothies or made into a tea. It's also known for its medicinal benefits, as it's considered to be anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal. It's known to reduce allergy symptons. In the background are some silos.
