Description
A black and white side view of the historic Civil War era Bollinger Mill on a spring season day in the Ozarks in Burfordville Missouri, United States. This is near Cape Girardeau, MO. The original Bollinger Mill was built in 1825 and burned down in 1861 by the Union Army during the Civil War. This current 4 story mill was rebuilt and completed in 1867 on the original limestone foundation. It is included in the National Register of Historic Places.
