A vertical golden magic hour sunset photo of Mackinac Bridge and Lake Huron (part of Great Lakes) from Mackinaw City, Michigan, United States. The Mackinac Bridge is a suspension cable bridge spanning the Straits of Mackinac to connect the Upper and Lower Peninsulas Michigan. It opened in 1957 and is 26,372-foot long. It's also known known as "Big Mac" and "Mighty Mac". It's the world's 19th-longest main span and the longest suspension bridge between anchorages in the Western Hemisphere. It is part of Interstate 75 and the Lakes Michigan and Huron components of the Great Lakes Circle On the north end is St. Ignace and on the south is Mackinaw City.
