Description
Some people in Kayaks and Canoes float along the Sugar Creek river on a beautiful day. I took this from the Narrows Covered Bridge. The creek was once called Rock River because of its size and rocks. The Pottawatomie Indians called it Pungosecone which may be translated as "the waters of many sugar trees" or "ashes at mouth of stream". This is also located in Turkey Run State Park.
