Description
A long exposure of the rapids at Big Spring in Van Buren, Missouri, United States during the spring season. A tree stretches out over some boulders in the water. The beautiful blue green emerald colors of the spring are natural. Located in Mark Twain National Forest this is part of the US National Park Association Part of the Ozarks, the spring comes through giant boulders causing dramatic boil like rapids. On average, 288 million gallons of water flow from the spring. That's enough to fill the St Louis baseball stadium in only 33 hours! It is the largest spring in the United States.
