Description
A woman stands on the top of a large granite boulder rock on top of Saint Francois Mountains at Elephant Rocks State Park. She was taking photos so I asked her if she could pose for me. Located in Mark Twain National Forest in the Ozarks in Iron Missouri, this park is filled with massive boulders of granite. The rocks in this photo are lined up like a heard of elephants which is where it got its name. The woman on top gives you a perspective as how large these rocks are. There are walking trails all around the park and if you love a challenge, you can climb around on the rocks. Some area's are quite the challenge. You'll want to wear good shoes.

love taking my grandkids here, they just love climbing on these big boulders...
Jennifer White replied:
I bet they do. I need to take my daughter and friend there. She had to work when we went.
