Description
A black and white photo of a side view of the Royal Gorge Bridge in Cañon City, Colorado, United States. It is America’s highest suspension bridge that's suspends close to 1000 feet over the Arkansas River. The bridge was built in 1929. As you stand in the middle you get a birds eye view of this amazing deep valley. If you're there long enough, you may see the train below running along the side of the river. It was extremely windy the day we were there. They had constant winds over around 40-50 mph so most of the other attractions at the park where closed. Across on the other side is the visitor center.
