Description
Horses graze the field on a foggy morning in Ozark Missouri in late winter. Ozark is a small country town just South of Springfield, MO. I love the open country spaces, and foggy mornings are always so beautiful. The horse is one of two extant subspecies of Equus ferus. It is an odd-toed mammal belonging to the taxonomic family Equidae (wikipedia).
