Description
Some steam comes from the Buffalo National River on a chilly and foggy fall season morning near Boxley Valley in Ponca, Arkansas, United States. In the trees towards the center you'll see some wild female elk along the river bank. The water was lower than normal due to long ongoing drought in the area from lack of rain. Th river is 153 miles long and is one of the few remaining undammed rivers in the lower 48 states. It is one of the most popular floating rivers in the Ozarks and is famous for the beautiful bluff that it runs along.
