Description
A summer season botanical photo of a common buckeye butterfly on some magenta pink Globe Amaranth (Gomphrena Globosa) flowers. These brown butterflies have black spots that look like eyes, and an orange design on their wings. Their scientific name is junonia coenia. As a caterpillars, they are black with orange spots. They also have spines that branch out and appear blue at the roots. These flowers resemble a clover flower.
