Description
As I was photographing these Canadian Geese, They started squawking angerly as another group of geese approached them. When the other group joined them, 2 of them started fighting. In this photo, one is starting to pull away as the other bites down on it's feathers. They then broke up and went their separate ways. There were no injuries. The Canada Goose are part of the large wild goose species. They have a black head and neck, white along their cheeks and under their chin and along the bottom of their backside, and a brown body. They are herbivores and are found on or close to fresh water. Once they find their mate, they stay together for life. If one dies, the surviving goose may find a new partner.
